Welcome!
Our desire is to be a people passionate for Jesus, secure in our Heavenly Father's love and full of the Holy Spirit. We want to express this by loving the person in front of us and by bringing the Kingdom of God to those around us. It is through the release of Gods love and power that individuals, families, communities and cities are changed.

Founding Pastor - Lois D. Johnson

Lois D Johnson is the Founding Pastor of Covenant Church.
Her ministry began in the 1960s as an Evangelist. While holding meetings in Cincinnati, Ohio, she was taken to meet with the local head of the Hell's Angels. This meeting had to be conducted in a car, as there were 27 warrants for his arrest at the time. After talking and receiving prayer, he asked the people who brought her,"Who was that woman? I've never felt anything like that before." Lois still carries the same fearlessness and passion that marked her as pioneer in women's ministry and leadership in the church.
